It is paramount that such an initiative would not merely be viewed as a youth campaign programme, but as one of national significance: Entrepreneurship at large will create opportunities, employment, and aid Eritrea’s socio-economic recovery.

The youth in particular should be viewed not only as those who need jobs, but also as the engine to create them. Entrepreneurship programmes and start-up incubators must therefore be pursued as a quintessential national strategy.
